What this tool does
- 🔍 Find works with muster rolls — checks every work once (Unskilled, and Skilled / Semi-skilled if you tick it) and lists only those that have muster rolls. The check is kept, so next time it continues where it left off; ↻ Rescan any time.
- Tick and save — search, Tick shown / Untick all, then ▶ Save as PDFs. The selection folds away while it runs, with a progress bar.
- One PDF or one per work — every muster roll starts on a new page; each page carries a small footer with the work code and muster roll number.
- Print-only — the PDFs open and print, but can’t be edited.
- Optional dates — under More options, keep only muster rolls running in a date range.
- Log — every muster roll saved, skipped (with the reason) or failed, as CSV.
How to use it
- Install GramG Ninja (button above) and open Print Duplicate E-Muster Roll from the portal menu.
- Press 🔍 Find works with muster rolls the first time (a few minutes).
- Tick the works, choose One PDF for all or One PDF per work, press ▶ Save as PDFs. If Chrome asks to allow multiple downloads, click Allow.
Frequently asked questions
Does it change anything on the portal?
No. It only reads the Re-Print Muster Roll page in a hidden copy of the page and builds the PDFs in your browser. Nothing is saved on the portal.
Why are some muster rolls skipped?
The portal offers a muster roll for re-print only for a while: once its date has passed it disappears from the list. Those are logged as skipped with that reason and taken off the saved list.
One PDF or one per work?
Your choice: one PDF with every ticked muster roll (each starting on a new page), or one PDF per work. The PDFs are real text, A4 landscape, and locked so they can be printed but not edited.
Does it work in the Programme Officer (block) login?
Yes — pick the Panchayat in the form first; the search and the PDFs then use that Panchayat.
