GramG Ninja — VB-G RAM G automation
Enter a whole Excel sheet of Work Demand (4A) in one click, fill all 8 certificate blocks and attach every PDF on the Work Entry page, and turn portal reports into clean Excel — all free, all in your browser.
- Work Demand from Excel
- 8 PDFs in one click
- Chrome & Edge
- Data tools & caste breakup
- 100% Free
One click from the Chrome Web Store. Works on Chrome & Edge. Need the certificates without installing? The VBGRAMG Certificate Generator makes all 8 as PDFs right in your browser.
★ Most-requested: Work Demand (4A) bulk entry
The feature every VB-G RAM G operator asks for: bulk Work Demand entry. Keep the data
in an Excel sheet (Reg No · Applicant · Work From · No of Days) and GramG Ninja does the
rest — it selects each registration, fills the Date of Application, Work Demand From and No of Days, and
clicks Proceed for every worker. An hour of clicking becomes one click. This is
4A / demand-for-work automation for the VBGRAMG portal.
- A whole sheet in one click — pick your
.xlsx, review the rows, click Start. It drives every registration and worker end-to-end and captures the portal's “Data Entered Successfully”. - Resumes long lists — built for whole Gram Panchayats on a slow portal: progress is saved, so it resumes after any interruption and never double-submits a demand.
- Your sheet is the source of truth — it clears old dates first, so only the workers in your sheet keep a demand; correcting a mistake is as easy as re-running the sheet.

One-click certificate upload (Work Entry)
The VB-G RAM G Work Entry page asks for the same signing-authority details in 8 certificate blocks and a separate PDF upload for each. This add-on fills all 8 blocks with your details in one click and attaches the 8 PDFs from a folder — turning several minutes of repetitive typing and uploading into a single click.
- Fills all 8 blocks — your Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email go into every certificate block, entered once in the add-on's settings and remembered across restarts and updates.
- Attaches the PDFs — pick a folder; each PDF is matched to its block by the number 1–8 in its file name. DPR and Convergence are set to Yes automatically.
- Compresses big scans — scans over the ~1 MB server limit are re-rendered smaller on your own PC (pdf.js + jsPDF) so they upload; nothing is sent to any online service.
- Private & offline — everything runs inside your browser; your details stay on your PC and are never sent anywhere.
How to install (one click)
- Open the Chrome Web Store — open the GramG Ninja page (works in Chrome and Microsoft Edge).
- Add to Chrome — click Add to Chrome, then Add extension. The GramG Ninja icon appears in the toolbar; pin it if you like.
- Set your details once — click the add-on's toolbar icon and enter Name, Designation, Department, Mobile, Email. They are saved for every work entry.
How to use (every work entry)
- Open Work Entry — choose the work category, heads and village as usual. The panel appears at the top-right and shows who you're signing as.
- Choose the folder — click Choose certificate folder. The panel reveals which PDF matched each block (1–8); oversized scans are compressed to fit.
- Fill the form — click Fill form. All 8 blocks are filled and the 8 PDFs attached; a “Done” message appears and the list closes.
- Review and Save — check the form, then click the page's own Save button. Nothing is submitted until you do.

Also included: data tools
The same add-on adds data helpers for VB-G RAM G reports — all running inside your browser, nothing uploaded.
- Reports → Excel / CSV / JSON — pull the tables from any VB-G RAM G report (job cards, muster rolls, wage lists) into a clean spreadsheet. “Clean” mode drops menus, totals and blank rows and fills merged group columns.
- Join & caste lookup — link two reports on a common key (Job Card No., dates, or fuzzy name) — for example add each worker's caste from the Registration Application Register. Saved joins re-run in one click.
- Wage-list caste breakup — on any wage list, get the amount split by caste (Others / SC / ST) with a one-click Copy, validated against the wage-list total on the page.
Requirements
- Browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Windows, Mac or Linux).
- Access: your usual VB-G RAM G login. Nothing else to install.
- Works alongside all your other browsers and extensions.
Frequently asked questions
Is this an official government tool?
No. It is an independent helper made by Vision Technologies and Robotics to speed up repetitive data entry on the portal. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by any government body. You stay in control and click Save yourself.
Is it safe? Where does my data go?
Everything runs inside your own browser. Your signing details are stored only on your PC, and PDF compression happens locally on your machine — nothing is uploaded to any online service. See our privacy policy.
How should I name the PDF files?
Put all certificate PDFs in one folder and make sure each file name contains its block number 1 to 8
(for example 1.pdf, 02.pdf or cert-3.pdf). The tool matches them
automatically and shows you the result before filling.
My scan is larger than 1 MB — what happens?
The tool compresses oversized scans automatically so they fit the server's limit, and shows the new size (for example 1.80 MB → 0.62 MB). If a file still cannot fit, it is flagged and you can replace it with a clearer scan.
Do I have to type my details every time?
No. You enter Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email once in the add-on's settings. They are remembered across restarts and updates, so every work entry is just choose-folder and Fill.
Does it submit the form for me?
No. The tool only fills the fields and attaches the PDFs. You review everything and click the Work Entry page's own Save button yourself.
Privacy policy
Effective date: 14 September 2026 · Applies to the GramG Ninja browser extension for Chrome and Edge, published by Vision Technologies and Robotics.
Single purpose
GramG Ninja has one purpose: to help authorised users of the VB-G RAM G (VBGRAMG) government portal complete routine data-entry and reporting tasks faster — filling the Work Entry certificate form, bulk-entering Work Demand from a spreadsheet, and exporting or summarising portal reports — entirely on the user's own device.
What the extension stores — and where
All storage is local to your browser/device. The extension has no backend and no account system.
| Data | Why | Where it is kept |
|---|---|---|
| Your signing details (name, designation, department, mobile, email) | To fill the Work Entry certificate blocks for you | chrome.storage (see Chrome sync below) |
| Settings and saved report-join recipes | To remember your preferences and offer one-click re-runs | chrome.storage.local |
| Caste-register cache (Job Card number → caste), from the portal's Registration Application Register you open | To show the caste-wise wage-list breakup without re-opening the register each time | chrome.storage.local, on your device only |
| Work Demand run progress (registration numbers, applicant names, dates, status) during a bulk autofill | To let you resume a long sheet after an interruption | The portal page's localStorage, in your browser |
| Report tables and PDFs you choose to process | To export CSV/JSON, build summaries, or compress oversized scans | Held in memory during the action; not persisted or transmitted |
Chrome account sync
Your signing details may be saved with chrome.storage.sync so they survive a reinstall and
follow you to the same Chrome profile on another computer. If you are signed in to Chrome, Google mirrors
this small amount of data through your own Google account; that transfer is handled by Google under its own
privacy policy, not by us, and we never receive it. If you are not signed in to Chrome, the data stays only
on your device.
What the extension does NOT do
- It does not send your data to Vision Technologies and Robotics or to any third-party server.
- It contains no analytics, telemetry, tracking pixels, or advertising.
- It does not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
- It does not read or collect data from websites other than when you explicitly act (see permissions).
- It does not run remote or hosted code — all libraries (pdf.js, jsPDF, SheetJS) are bundled and run offline.
Permissions and why they are needed
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
storage, unlimitedStorage | Save your signing details, settings, saved recipes, and the caste cache locally. Unlimited storage lets the caste cache grow across many Gram Panchayats without hitting the small default quota. |
activeTab, scripting | When you click the toolbar or an in-page button, run the fill/extract logic on the page you are viewing. |
tabs | List your open report tabs so you can pick which ones to consolidate, and show the toolbar re-run badge when a saved recipe's pages are open. Only tab URLs/titles are read, on your device. |
Host access to *.dord.gov.in | The extension's core features run on the VB-G RAM G portal pages (Work Entry, Work Demand, reports and registers). |
Optional broad host access (*://*/*) | Optional and requested only at runtime, with your explicit approval, so the “Extract this page” data tool can read tabular data from a report page whose address cannot be known in advance. It is not requested at install and is never used silently. |
Data retention & deletion
Data stays until you remove it. Uninstalling the extension removes its chrome.storage data;
clearing the site's browser data removes the portal localStorage; synced signing details are
also removed from your Google account when Chrome next syncs after uninstall. You can clear your signing
details, settings and caste cache any time from the extension's options, and Work Demand progress with
Start over in that panel.
Children
GramG Ninja is a workplace tool for government administrative staff and is not directed to children.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date. Material changes will also be noted in the extension's release notes.
