• Re-Print and Export Muster Roll — find the works that have muster rolls and save the ticked ones as one PDF or one PDF per work: print-only, real text.
• Muster Roll Attendance — tick IF works, choose full attendance or the first N days; every ended muster roll is filled for every listed worker and saved.
• Freeze Worker AccountsPO login — paste the job cards + names a GP sent; only exact matches are frozen and everyone else is reported.
• Job Card Re-issuancePO login — tick the Panchayats; every listed job card is marked re-issued, village by village — now built in.

• Enable ABPS in bulk — Show Aadhaar → Check with NPCI → save every page with green rows, village by village, with a log of who isn't enabled and why.
• Muster Roll — save all — saves every muster roll whose Wage Per Day is filled, and logs the rest with the reason.
• FTO verification helper — search the State Sanction No. list, see repeats colour-coded, and Accept unique & Submit.
• Wage List status — eKYC ✓/✗ and ABPS ✓/✗ beside every job seeker, the NPCI reason and next step, and a payment-readiness report across the GP.
• Other websites — optional: autofill, copy & paste and show-password on sites other than the portal too.

Work Demand & Work Allocation

The feature every operator asks for. Load an Excel sheet — or build the list — and GramG Ninja enters each demand or allocation on the portal, stop and resume any time, with a results sheet.

• Work Demand (4A) from Excel — Reg No · Applicant · Work From · No of Days; it fills the Date of Application, Work Demand From and No of Days and clicks Proceed for every worker, resumes after interruptions and never double-submits.
• Work Allocation from Excel — Reg No · Applicant · Work Code · Alloc From · No of Days; each worker is allocated to exactly the work code given, matched by job card and exact name, and the page is checked again right before every Save. Long work lists are handled page by page, and anyone it can't allocate is listed with the reason.
• List Builder for the 4A list — type a village/household like 1/10 and press Tab: the whole family appears with eKYC/ABPS status. Tick who goes in, then load straight into the queue or download Excel.
• eKYC / ABPS entry rule — sync the Panchayat's Aadhaar / ABPS Status Report once, and Work Demand and Work Allocation can skip workers without eKYC and/or ABPS before touching the portal, with the reason in the results sheet.

Payments: ABPS, Muster Roll, FTO, Wage List

• Enable ABPS (live NPCI check) in bulk — on Enable ABPS for workers, it shows Aadhaar, checks with NPCI and saves every page with green rows, village by village. Download a log of everyone not enabled, with the portal's reason. Aadhaar numbers are never stored. More →
• Muster Roll — save all — goes through every work code and muster roll and saves the ones whose Wage Per Day is filled; the rest are logged with the reason. Saved muster rolls cannot be deleted, so check first. More →
• FTO verification helper — search the long State Sanction No. list, see repeated people colour-coded, and Accept unique & Submit, which stops at the first repeat and remembers who was already accepted for that sanction. More →
• Wage List status + GP payment-readiness report — on View Wage List: eKYC ✓/✗ and ABPS ✓/✗ beside every job seeker, the NPCI reason and next step, an Excel export, and a one-click report across every wage list of the GP.

One-click certificate upload

Work Entry asks for the same signing details in 8 certificate blocks and a separate PDF for each. GramG Ninja fills all 8 blocks with your details and attaches the 8 PDFs in one click — on Work Entry and now also on Edit Work Entry.

• Fills all 8 blocks — Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email, entered once and remembered across restarts and updates.
• Attaches the PDFs — pick a folder and each PDF is matched to its block by the number 1–8 in its name, or upload one 8-page PDF and it is split into the 8 certificates. DPR and Convergence are set to Yes.
• Compresses big scans — scans over 900 KB are made smaller on your own PC so they upload; nothing is sent to any online service.

How to install (one click)

1. Open the Chrome Web Store — open the GramG Ninja page (works in Chrome and Microsoft Edge).
2. Add to Chrome — click Add to Chrome, then Add extension. Pin the GramG Ninja icon if you like.
3. Set your details once — click the toolbar icon and enter Name, Designation, Department, Mobile and Email for the certificates.
4. Open any supported portal page — the GramG Ninja panel appears on it.

Data tools

• Reports → Excel / CSV / JSON — pull the tables from any VB-G RAM G report (job cards, muster rolls, wage lists) into a clean spreadsheet. “Clean” mode drops menus, totals and blank rows and fills merged group columns.
• Join & caste lookup — link two reports on a common key (Job Card No., dates, or fuzzy name), for example to add each worker's caste from the Registration Application Register. Saved joins re-run in one click.
• Wage-list caste breakup — on any wage list, the amount split by caste (Others / SC / ST) with a one-click Copy, validated against the wage-list total — including wage lists paid through several banks.

Everyday helpers

• Autofill — pick any field on a portal page and save a default value; it fills itself the next time the page loads.
• Show passwords & enable copy-paste — on portal fields that hide what you type or block pasting (popup → Misc).
• Other websites — optional: switch on autofill, copy & paste and the show-password button for sites other than the portal too. It asks your permission first.

Requirements

• Browser: Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge (Windows, Mac or Linux).
• Access: your usual VB-G RAM G login. Nothing else to install.
• A person in the loop: GramG Ninja speeds up entry but doesn't replace your judgement — review the results on the portal before treating a batch as final.

Frequently asked questions

Privacy

GramG Ninja runs inside your browser and keeps the portal data it works with on your device. It sends VisionTech only usage statistics — which tools are used and how often, never worker data — on by default and switched off in one click in Settings. If you connect the optional Supervisor App, your GP's worker list (job card, name, village, eKYC / ABPS yes-no — never Aadhaar or bank details) is shared with your own GP there so supervisors can prepare demand lists.
