What this tool does
The 4A Automator is the Work Demand feature of the GramG Ninja browser add-on. On the portal's Work Demand page it reads your Excel sheet and, for each worker, selects the registration, sets the Date of Application (today), fills Work Demand From and No. of Days, and clicks Proceed — capturing the portal's “Data Entered Successfully”. This is 4A / demand-for-work automation for the VBGRAMG portal.
- A whole sheet in one click — pick your
.xlsx, review the rows, click Start. It drives every registration and worker end-to-end. - Resumes long lists — built for whole Gram Panchayats on a slow portal: progress is saved, so it resumes after any interruption and never double-submits a demand.
- Your sheet is the source of truth — it clears old dates first, so only the workers in your sheet keep a demand; correcting a mistake is as easy as re-running the sheet.
- Export a results copy — keep a record of what was entered.
The Excel sheet — four columns
The Work Demand tool reads a simple .xlsx with four columns. Download the ready-made
template, fill in your rows, then load it in the panel and click Start. Header names are matched loosely,
in any order.
| Reg No | Applicant | Work From | No of Days |
|---|---|---|---|
| WB-06-003-006-001/009 | Sunil Mandi | 07-09-2026 | 3 |
| WB-06-003-006-001/010 | Bijendranath Kisku | 07-09-2026 | 3 |
Work From is written as DD-MM-YYYY. Date of Application is set to today automatically — you don't add it.

Frequently asked questions
What is 4A / Work Demand entry?
Form 4A is the application for demand of work under VBGRAMG. On the portal you register a demand for each worker — the registration, the date the work should start, and the number of days. This tool enters that demand for a whole sheet of workers at once instead of one at a time.
What columns does the Excel sheet need?
Reg No, Applicant, Work From (DD-MM-YYYY) and
No of Days. Download the template above; header names are matched loosely and can be in any
order. Date of Application is filled with today's date automatically.
What if the portal is slow or drops mid-run?
Progress is saved as it goes, so it resumes where it left off after any interruption and never double-submits a demand for the same worker.
Does it submit without me?
It performs the same Proceed clicks you would, on your own logged-in session, and auto-accepts the portal's confirmation for each row. You choose when to start, and you can stop at any time.
Is it free and safe?
Yes — it's a free feature of the GramG Ninja add-on and runs entirely in your browser on the portal page; nothing is uploaded anywhere. See the privacy policy.
