The 8 VB-G RAM G certificates it generates
Each certificate carries the scheme header, your Gram Panchayat, block and district, the work details, and the certification wording below. The Yes / No checklists on certificates such as 1, 2 and 3 are pre-filled and editable.
- Pre-estimation, feasibility, expected outcome & utility. The work has been physically verified by the GP-level engineer, is technically feasible and permissible, and its expected outcome and durability have been assessed.
- Non-duplication of work. After checking GIS-based planning maps, VB-G RAM G Soft records and the worksite, no duplication of the work under any Government scheme was found.
- Non-splitting of works. The work has not been split into smaller components to get around financial limits, technical sanction or administrative approval.
- Work taken from the permissible list. The work falls under the notified permissible categories. You pick it from the built-in list of 318 permissible works.
- Works under Individual Beneficiary Scheme (IBS). The selected beneficiary meets the eligibility criteria. Fill the optional beneficiary section (name, job card, category) for individual or group works.
- DPR preparation. The Detailed Project Report was prepared according to the technical guidelines and planning framework.
- Clearance for convergence work. The converging department was consulted and its clearance / NOC obtained. Fill the optional convergence section (department, shares, NOC memo).
- Adherence to non-negotiable conditions. All mandatory non-negotiable provisions were complied with during planning and execution.
What you need before you start
- The work: its serial number (1–318) in the permissible-works list, or a keyword to search it by name.
- The location: District, Block, Gram Panchayat, and the name and number of the Gram Sansad.
- The work details: estimated cost, wage : material ratio, financial year and work sector. The name of the proposed work is drafted for you from the work and location.
- Only if they apply: beneficiary details for an IBS work, and convergence details for a work with a converging department.
- Optionally, the signatory text for each panel. Leave it blank to use the automatic text for the GP and block.
Nothing you type is sent anywhere. The eight PDFs are built in your browser, and the generator works the same on any computer with Chrome, Edge or Firefox.
Questions
Which certificates does it generate?
All eight mandatory VB-G RAM G work certificates: pre-estimation / feasibility / utility, non-duplication, non-splitting, permissible-list, IBS, DPR preparation, convergence NOC, and the non-negotiable-conditions certificate.
Is anything uploaded to a server?
No. The certificates are generated entirely in your browser, so the work details you type never leave your computer. There is no login and nothing is stored.
How do I get the certificates onto the portal?
Generate the eight PDFs here, then use the Certificate Uploader to fill every certificate block and attach each PDF on the portal Work Entry page in one click.
ZIP or combined PDF — which should I choose?
Both contain the same eight certificates. The ZIP gives you eight separate PDFs, which is what the portal expects when you attach each certificate to its own block. The combined PDF puts all eight in one document, one A4 page each, for printing and signing.
Do I have to type the district, block and GP every time?
No. Your location is remembered on this device only, so the next time you open the generator the district, block and Gram Panchayat are already selected.
Can I change the wording or the checklist answers?
Yes. The narratives and the Yes / No compliance checklists are drafted automatically and every one of them is editable before you generate. You can also show, hide and reorder the fields printed on the certificates.
Is it available in Bengali or Hindi?
The generator screen can be switched between English, বাংলা and हिन्दी.
Is the certificate generator free?
Yes, it is free to use and there is no account to create.
