On the VB-G RAM G Muster Roll page, GramG Ninja goes through every work code and every muster roll, saves the ones whose Wage Per Day is filled for all workers, and logs the rest with the reason.

  • Every work code
  • Saves only filled rolls
  • Skips & explains the rest
  • Excel log
  • 100% Free

🆕 New in GramG Ninja 7 — rolling out on the Chrome Web Store. Already have GramG Ninja? It updates automatically once version 7 reaches you; you can check the version at the foot of any GramG Ninja panel.

Muster rolls once saved cannot be deleted. Check the wage entries before you start, and keep a person in the loop while it runs.

What this tool does

Saving muster rolls one by one means opening each work code, each Muster Roll No., pressing Save and answering the portal's pop-ups. The Muster Roll Save panel works through all of them:

  • Every work code, every muster roll — it goes through the whole list on the page.
  • Saves only what is ready — if every worker's Wage Per Day is filled, it presses Save and answers the portal's confirmation and alert.
  • Leaves the rest alone — a muster roll that is not fully filled is not touched; it goes to the log with the reason.
  • A log you can keep — work code and name, muster roll number, workers, persondays, amount and result. Download it all, or only the skipped / not-saved ones, as Excel.
  • Resumes — progress is kept, so a slow portal or a dropped session doesn't mean starting over.

How to use it

  1. Add to Chrome / Edge (button above) to install GramG Ninja.
  2. Fill Wage Per Day on the muster rolls you want saved, as you normally would.
  3. Open the portal's Muster Roll payment page and press Start in the GramG Ninja panel.
  4. When it finishes, download the skipped / not-saved list and deal with those muster rolls.
Keep a person in the loop. Automated entry can make mistakes; the tool assists, it does not replace you. Check the results on the portal. Use at your own responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

Which muster rolls does it save?

Only those where Wage Per Day is filled for every worker. For each one it presses Save and answers the portal’s confirmation and alert. Any muster roll that is not fully filled is left exactly as it is and logged with the reason.

Can a saved muster roll be undone?

No. Muster rolls once saved cannot be deleted on the portal, so check the wage entries before you start, and keep a person in the loop while it runs.

What is in the log?

For each muster roll: the work code and name, the muster roll number, the number of workers, persondays, amount and the result. You can download the whole log, or only the skipped and not-saved ones, as Excel.

What if the portal is slow or my session drops?

Progress is kept as it goes, so the run can be resumed after an interruption instead of starting over.

Is it official?

No. GramG Ninja is an independent tool by VisionTech, not a government product. Automated entry can make mistakes; check the results on the portal and use it at your own responsibility.
