Getting your bookmark ready…

How to use it

  1. Add the bookmark — drag the 🥷 R6.12 Download button above to your bookmarks bar (once).
  2. Open the VB-G RAM G MIS reports, choose your state (and type the captcha as usual), and open R6.12 Dynamic Report for Monitoring and details of works.
  3. Choose district, block, panchayat, year, work status and the other boxes as you need. Set Work status to ALL if you want every work — it does not start at ALL.
  4. Click the R6.12 Download bookmark instead of Submit. A box in the corner counts the works as they arrive; when it says Done, the Excel file is in your Downloads.

What you get

  • No hanging — the report is read in the background and never drawn on the page.
  • Fast — Hooghly district (about 44,000 works) in well under a minute.
  • Excel, ready to use — every column of the report, amounts as numbers, named after your choices and the date (for example R6.12_HOOGHLY_ALL_ALL_2026-2027_2026-10-29.xlsx).
Check before you rely on it. The file holds what the portal's report showed at that moment; the portal's reports are refreshed overnight. Use at your own responsibility.

Frequently asked questions

What does the R6.12 report download do?

On the R6.12 “Dynamic Report for Monitoring and details of works” page it sends the same Submit you would press, reads the answer in the background and saves every row as an Excel file. The page never tries to show the table, so it does not hang.

Why does the R6.12 page hang for a district?

The portal answers quickly, but a whole district is tens of thousands of works — about 365 MB of page for Hooghly — and the browser freezes trying to draw that table. The bookmark reads the same answer piece by piece and never draws it: a district takes well under a minute.

What is in the Excel file?

Every column of the report as the portal gives it: district, block, panchayat, year, status, work code, work name, categories, work type, agency, sanction amounts, amounts booked and paid, and the rest. Amounts are real numbers, so Excel can add them up.

Do I need to log in?

No. R6.12 is a public report. Open it from the MIS reports as usual, make your choices and click the bookmark instead of Submit.

Does it send any of my data anywhere?

No. The report goes from the portal straight into the file on your computer. The bookmark only loads its own code and the Excel maker from this site.

No. This is an independent tool by VisionTech, part of the GramG Ninja family. It is not a government product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NIC or the Ministry of Rural Development. It only does what you would do yourself.
