This tool reads the comparative chart, fills your office's work order template once per work, and converts each to a PDF with the permissions you choose.

A work order is a document of record. Issuing it as an editable file invites quiet changes after signing. Each generated PDF can allow printing while restricting editing, copying and form-filling, so what the contractor receives is what was approved.

What is a work order?
A work order is the document issued to the successful bidder after a tender is decided. It records the authority, the work, the accepted amount and the conditions, and it is what authorises the contractor to start.
What does the generator need as input?

Are the generated PDFs protected?
Yes. Each PDF can be issued with printing allowed but editing, copying and form-filling restricted, so the document that reaches the contractor is the document you signed off.
