We are aware that orientation workshop on Gram Panchayat Integrated Monitoring System (GPIMS) has been completed in all districts across the state. In continuation with the previous activity, the Gram Panchayat Monitoring System (GPIMS) [A combination of both Planplus and WBMS] will be operational from 08th August 2018. All the GPs has been communicated with their respective user id and passwords. Now the Gram Panchayats have to complete the entry for each Gram Sansad in the Sansad Profile module by 31st August 2018. The completion of the data entry is mandatory as it would automatically generate the VGDI Rankings for each sansads. Also Gram Panchayat will not be able to update any activities as per Annual Plan 2018-2019 in the ME-3 module from 3rd September 2018 if the Sansad Profile entry remains incomplete. So, we are presenting WBIMS user manual – gram sansad profile creation tutorial step by step in details.
