Madam/Sir,
In reference to the subject stated above I am directed to inform you that Department of Panchayats and Rural Development has developed “Online System for Trade Registration and issuing/Renewal of NOC” for trade in favour of the applicant. The above-said application is available in www.wbprdgpms.in. All the Gram Panchayats has to generate log in credentials (user id and password) online. SSP (Software Support Personnel) posted at district will generate the login credentials of the Gram Panchayats and hand over those to the employee of the Gram Panchayats (EA or Secretary of GP). From 1st June, 2017 onwards all the Gram Panchayats of West Bengal mandatorily have to use the online application system for Trade Registration and issuing of NOC.
